Raise the Roof, our annual fundraising event at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, was a second year success. The focus of this year's event was to raise funds to help build the first home in our new ten home neighborhood in Waynesville. The crowd and the amount raised increased from last year's inaugural event enough that the proceeds combined with other donations already received bring us within $20,000 of our goal to build the home.
